Eric returned to Europe after 8 years in the US, where he was Chief Operating Officer of Jefferson Smurfit Corp, the world’s largest producer of paper-based packaging products. Prior to that he was President & Chief Executive of Rexam Inc. He has also been a main Board Director of two FTSE 100 companies: Redland plc (1986-88) and Rexam plc (1988-96).
His career has spanned a range of manufacturing and distribution businesses as well as extensive international experience. Currently, he is Chairman of 2e2 and a Non-executive Director of Deloro Stellite (both Duke Street Capital investments) and a Non-executive Director of The Southwire Company USA.
Associated with DSC since 1998 Eric is currently Chairman of Duke Street Capital´s Operating Partners and a Director of Duke Street Capital Holdings Limited.

Terry is a qualified accountant and a founder of 2e2.
Terry has over 20 years experience in the IT industry
including running his own software house. As COO
of 4Front, Terry engineered the buy-and-build strategy
and grew the business to $250m of revenues. He
personally handled 23 acquisitions and disposals and
drove organic growth of over 20% per annum. He
managed the eventual sale of the business to NCR.
At NCR he was VP of customer services for Europe,
Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
A 2e2 founder, Mark has a well-established background in sales and business management. One of the early day senior managers of 4Front, Mark was responsible for the turnaround of several 4Front acquisitions into sustainable profit-generating businesses and has been personally responsible for the Norsk Data turnaround at 2e2. At NCR, Mark was VP of sales and marketing for customer services across EMEA.

Nick has a background in IT customer services having worked in the IT industry for 30 years. He has structured, implemented and run many customer service organisations. Nick occupied senior positions in several of the 4Front turnaround and transition projects. At NCR he was responsible for the integration of 4Front, for a major reorganisation and social plan in France and for M&A for customer services across EMEA.
Nick is responsible for M&A, marketing and several strategic programmes.
Simon has 10 years experience in the senior finance role
within technology and service companies, both listed
and private-equity backed. This includes four years as
Finance Director of AIM listed Epic Group plc. Simon
brings a high standard of control & professionalism to
the finance function. Simon qualified as a Chartered
Accountant with KPMG.
Nathan has a BSc (Hons) in Geophysics and Planetary Physics from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. His 12 years in the IT industry started at Ericsson, where he held technical and commercial roles. He moved on to found and run the Unified Communications business of Prime Business Solutions, which grew from start-up to become the leading integrator of IP Telephony solutions in the UK prior to its acquisition by 2e2. Nathan has recently returned to 2e2 from an 18 month sabbatical with his wife, sailing a 42ft yacht from Dartmouth to Brisbane. Nathan is currently Group Chief Technology Officer at 2e2 where he works with the management team and vendor partners to determine the proposition, technology and go to market strategy for the Group. He is also working closely with our customers to ensure that our offers continuously add value to their business.
Martin joined 2e2 in 2004 as Group Human Resources Director and brought with him extensive experience in European and World-wide HR roles in the IT industry. Previously, Martin spent 7 years with NCR based in London, Amsterdam and Atlanta as HR Director for the Finance, Customer Services and Retail Business Units. Prior to working for NCR, Martin spent 5 years as an executive search consultant focused on IT and Telecoms and before this was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Martin is responsible for talent management, retention and succession planning.
Lord St. John serves as a sitting member of the House of Lords of the parliament of the United Kingdom and is an extra Lord-in-Waiting to Her Majesty the Queen with responsibility for African heads of state. He is a Council Member of the Parliamentary Information Technology Committee and previous member of the House of Lords' European Union Sub-Committee on Computing as well as Economic and Financial Affairs, Trade and External Relations. Since 1993, he has served as a consultant and non-executive director of Merrill Lynch and is a registered representative of the London stock exchange. Lord St. John previously held the position of European Managing Director for the Nasdaq listed global hosting provider Globix.
John joined Duke Street Capital in 2000 from HSBC Private Equity for whom he worked in London and Dusseldorf and where he worked on a broad spectrum of mid-market private equity transactions. John holds a Modern Languages degree from Durham University. He speaks English and German.
Investment Manager, joined in 2006 from Goldman Sachs where she spent three years as an Associate in Investment Banking in London. Prior to that, Kate worked for UBS Investment Bank based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Kate is a graduate of the University of Cape Town and holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) with majors in finance, economics and accounting.
John’s career spans 40 years in the IT industry. He joined ICL in 1964 and held various technical and managerial positions. In 1982 he joined Wang Computers (UK) Limited where he was Director of Customer Services, UK. In 1988 he joined Nixdorf Computers Limited which was acquired by Siemens AG, and subsequently held various senior positions within Siemens. In the last ten years John has focused on international operations. His most recent appointments were President, Siemens Business Services, North America and President, Siemens Business Services, APAC, Latin America and Africa. John retired from Siemens on 31 March 2004.

Neil joined 2e2 in April 2007 as Managing Director and brought with him an extensive background in IT service delivery. Previously, Neil spent 11 years with Siemens ITservices companies where his final role was Executive Vice President; IT Product Services of Fujitsu Siemens Computers. Prior to working for Siemens, Neil worked for 13 years as Services Director for ICL.
Jonathan took on the position of Managing Director of Isle of Man in 2006 although has held previous roles within the 2e2 Group since 2003 including Operations Director. Jonathan worked with Lloyds Bank for seven years within networks. From there he moved to Infotron as an Engineer, progressing to a Customer Service Manager. Jonathan moved on six years later as General Manager for GE Capital IT Services. As Operational Director for a datacentre start up, he then moved to Norsk Data as Business Development Manager. Jonathan brings over 20 years experience to the Isle of Man and the Group.
Jon joined the Offshore business in 1989 as Group Financial Controller after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PriceWaterhouse. Jon has a degree in Engineering and has worked for a machine engineering company in Australia. Jon was appointed Managing Director for the Offshore group in 1994.
John is a Chartered Public Finance Accountant and has held various positions within the Isle of Man Government Treasury from 1969. Former Chief Financial Officer to the Isle of Man Government from 1991 to 2001. Formerly a Director of Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander Group of Companies on the Island, and Fortress Management Services Limited. John was awarded the Order of the British Empire for public service in the Isle of Man in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2000.
